Terms & Conditions of Delivery
Delivery Lead-Time
We engage trusted third-party delivery agents with tracking systems provided by the respective agents. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date. Delivery lead time is subject to the availability of the delivery agent and the recipient. No refund or compensation will be provided for delays caused by the delivery agent. Customers may contact us for the latest delivery status.
Undelivered Items
We are not liable for any loss or delay in delivery. If an order is undelivered, it will be returned to us by the delivery agent, and we will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery. If the failure to deliver is due to the customer’s mistake (e.g., incorrect shipping address, unavailability to receive the package within a reasonable period), re-delivery charges will apply. If the delay is due to our error, we will arrange for re-delivery at no additional cost, but no compensation will be provided for the delay.
Damage During Delivery
We are committed to customer satisfaction and ensure that all items are inspected and securely packed before shipping. However, in the event that an item is damaged during delivery, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package by contacting our support team and providing images of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Each case will be assessed individually for possible replacement.

Payment Agents
We engage trusted payment agents such as PayPal and local banks. We are not liable for any faults or losses that occur during the payment process.
Acknowledgment of Payment
Each successful payment will be acknowledged via email notification and/or order status updates with a unique order reference number.
Unfulfilled or Partial Payment
Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received. If full payment is not received within three (3) working days, the order will be canceled. Any refund requests due to cancellation will be subject to our refund policy.

Approval of Refund
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval.
Refund Fees
Customers requesting a refund will be responsible for:
An administrative fee of S$20 (flat fee).
Payment agent fees (e.g., PayPal transaction fees).
Any incurred delivery fees.

Stock Availability
Stock availability is displayed on each product page. However, we reserve the right to amend orders if an item becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will contact the customer to discuss possible amendments or delays.
Acceptance of Order
Orders are accepted only upon full payment unless special conditions are granted. An order status marked as “Awaiting Payment” does not constitute acceptance. Full payment must be completed within three (3) working days, or the order will be canceled. We reserve the right to amend, limit, or cancel any order, promotion, or transaction at our discretion. If an order is marked as “Preparing Shipment,” it means we have accepted the order and started processing. No cancellations will be allowed beyond this point.
Cancellation of Order
Once an order has been accepted and paid in full, no full or partial cancellations will be permitted unless approved by us. Any approved cancellations that require a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
Product Warranty / Return & Replacement
All items sold are covered by a six (6) month warranty from the date of delivery for functional defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic deviations from product images, or damages resulting from misuse.
To submit a claim, customers must contact us via email and send the item(s) for examination and assessment. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable claims.
Approved Claims: A replacement item will be provided free of charge, including delivery.
Unsuccessful Claims: The item will be returned to the customer, and delivery charges will apply.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
For items with manufacturer warranties, customers should contact the manufacturer directly. Assistance may be provided upon request.
